Fast and Efficient DID Compliant Excel and XML file creations. Fast and Efficient cPET Excel Template file creation if so desired.

CCDR Meta Data

Meta Data provides all Reporting Headers for the 1921, 1921-1, 1921-2 and 1921-5.
All entered or selected Values are saved to the C*CERT+ Data Source for repetitive use.

Alternate WBS

If the DD 2794 WBS Reporting Structure does not match your Contract (CPR) WBS Struture then you can use a C*CERT+ Alternate WBS to create the DD 2794 WBS Reporting Structure.
Then you use the C*CERT+ Template Mapping (seen below) to map the Contract WBS to the Alternate WBS.
A Contract WBS (cost collector) can be mapped to multiple Alternate WBS Elements by Percentage.

Templates

C*CERT+ CCDR Templates provides the ability to group a set of CCDR data for reporting.
Templates is where you Manage "Variants". Unlimited number of Templates can be created and reported against.

Units/Sublots and Characteristics

If you are required to submit a 1921-2 Report then you will be required to identify the Characteristics and Units/Lots appropropriate for your Contract.

Units/Sublots Setup is where you identify the "Master" list of Characteristics and Uenits/Lots that will cover ALL Required Reporting Elements. C*CERT+ supports up to 700 Unit/Lot identifiers.

Alternate WBS/Template Mapping

Template Mapping provides the functionality to map the Contract WBS Elements to Alternate WBS Elements for Alternate WBS Reporting requirements - by Template.

A Source Contract WBS (cost collector) can be mapped to multiple CCDR WBS Elements by percentage. All Mapping can be exported/imported via an Excel Mapping Template.

Functional Data Element Mapping - Source System

Data Element mapping defines which fields in your source EVMS are being used to identify the required costs breakouts per the CSDR DID 1921, 1921-1, 1921-2 and 1921-5 DID requirements.

Select the Map To field for the Required Data Element. The Map To field is a pick list of Element User Defined fields that were imported during the Source Data Import process.

Functional Data Element Mapping - C*CERT+ WBS Level

C*CERT+ coding at the WBS Level allows you to map the Recurring and Non Recurring breakouts and Functional Data Element breakouts directly within C*CERT+ in place of using a valuable User Defined Fields within your EV Source System.

Functional Data Element using C*CERT+ WBS coding can be exported/imported via an Excel Template.

Functional Data Element Mapping - C*CERT+ Functional Category Level

C*CERT+ coding at the Functional Category Level is an option that provides for more detailed Functional Data Element mapping using Contractor Functional Categories and optionally Functional Category Type data from within your EV Source System.

Functional Data Element coding using Contractor Functional Categories can be exported/imported via an Excel Template.

Unit Grouping

Unit Grouping is where you define your imported Units cost grouping buckets. This is not required when using the more detailed Contractor Functional Category mapping level.
All Units imported from the Source Data are required to be mapped to an appropriate CCDR Reporting Unit.

Element Maintenance

Element Maintenance is where you define: Reporting Level, Elements to be Included in Reports, Units To Date, Units At Complete.

A Template Data Set consists of selected WBS Elements for reporting and their associated attribute fields:
(Units to Date, Units At Complete, Remarks and ACWP/LRE costs).

Element Remarks

If you are required to identify the Element Remarks for each Element or for specific Elements you do that using the Element Remarks.

Remarks can be exported/imported via an Element Maintenance Excel Template and/or Copied and Pasted from another application.

Unit/Lot Allocations

Unit/Lot Allocations allow you to allocate Collected Costs by Detail Element to appropriate Units/Lots.
C*CERT+ provides the ability to allocate Collected Costs by Percentage (Percent Entry View) or by Dollar Amount (Dollar Entry View).
Unit/Lot Allocations can be exported/imported via a Unit/Lot Allocation Excel Template.

Characteristics

If you have a 1921-2 Reporting requirement, then you are required to provide Characteristic information by Unit/Lot by Required Reporting Element.

Characteristics provides the means to add and save this information to be used in the 1921-2 Report outputs. Characteristics can be exported/imported via an Excel Template.

CCDR Validations

C*CERT+ performs over 40 CCDR Validations Grouped by: Meta Data, Numeric, Structural and Final Report.
Validations will highlight report issues and show you exactly where they are (No Searching Required!).
All Validations can be Exported out to an Excel Workbook.
