Included in C*CERT+ is the implementation of the Missile Defense Agency's Fixed and Variable Cost Report (FVCR).
The FVCR has similar characteristics as the Legacy CCDR 1921-1 report.
Because the FVCR closely resembles the CCDR 1921-1 report, many of the existing C*CERT+ Legacy modules can be used, with slight modifications, to satisfy the FVCR Requirements
